A LITTLE BIT ABOUT MYSELF

Welcome to my web-site. I am a ceramic artist and designer living and working in Budapest, in the heart of Hungary. I have graduated from the Hungarian University of Applied Arts in Budapest in 1997, becoming Master of Arts in Ceramic & Porcelain Design.

My work is handcrafted using original designs inspired on the one hand by different motifs of nature, organic forms and the evolutionary process and on the other hand by human beings, their personalities, their character… I am inspired by the everlasting amazement over continuous cycles of nature, the cycle that we all play a part in … and also by everything that is different in our everyday life, everything that we take for granted and do not pay any attention to; the essential little details that form our universe…

My work has been displayed in various exhibitions and events across Hungary and the rest of the world. My first individual exhibition was held at the FISE (Young Artists' Studio Society) Gallery in Budapest in April 2000.
